Kano State Agro Pastoral Development Project, KSADP, in conjunction with the State Ministry of Agriculture and Natural Resources, have concluded arrangement for the launch of a massive cattle and small ruminants vaccination campaign.
The objective is to protect the livestock from highly contagious and deadly diseases, improve the animals’ overall quality of life, prevent economic loss and promote human health.
The exercise will be formally flagged-off by the Executive Governor of Kano State, Dr. Abdullahi Umar Ganduje, tomorrow Saturday, at Kadawa, Garun Mallam local government area, by Nine o’clock in the morning.
Subsequently, the vaccination will continue simultaneously for four consecutive weeks across the 44 local government areas of the state.
